Phillip K. Kwong, M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in
the treatment of foot and ankle conditions. He earned his medical doctorate at the
University of Southern California in Los Angeles, after which he completed a surgery
and anesthesia internship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Kwong completed his
orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Chicago and went on to his Fellowship
in Foot Surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, California, followed by
a second Fellowship in Foot at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at
the University Of Southern California School of Medicine.
Dr. Kwong is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the National
Board Medical Examiners. He is an active member in the medical professional community
is a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopedic
Surgeons (AAOS), American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Foot and Ankle Society
and California Orthopedic Association. Dr. Kwong has contributed to and authored
a number of publications, research activities and lectures.
